The foundation "Medizinische Notrufzentrale" MNZ operates the emergency numbers of the medical societies of the cantons Basel-Stadt, Basel-Landschaft, Aargau and Zug. It provides advice in non-life-threatening emergency situations and arranges appropriate medical assistance.
Some of our staff speak good english, others less. If you do not understand german, ask a german-speaking person to help you to talk to the MNZ.
As part of our quality assurance, all calls are recorded. Of course, medical confidentiality is always respected.
